What is The Labelly?
The Labelly is a smart, portable label printer that connects to your phone via Bluetooth, allowing you to design and print custom labels instantly using our free mobile app.
Do I need ink or toner to print labels?
No, all our printers use direct thermal printing technology, which means it prints using heat onto special label paper — no ink, toner, or cartridges required.
What devices is The Labelly compatible with?
The Labelly works with both iOS and Android smartphones through our free label design app. You can also print using your tablet or laptop.
Simply download the app, connect via Bluetooth, and start printing.
How do I design my labels?
Using the free Labelly app you can:

Are the printers rechargeable & portable?
Yes, our printers are portable & rechargeable via USB and provide long-lasting battery life. Once charged, your printer is completely portable and you can take it with you anywhere, printing labels on-the-go.
Can I print my business logo?
Yes! Many small businesses use The Labelly to print their logos, product labels, price tags, packaging labels and QR codes.
You can upload your logo directly into the app.

If you have an already made design or logo, simply import it directly onto the app and print!
Can I print in color?
Our printers use thermal technology which makes them completely ink-less! This is super economical because you never have to replace cartridges but it can only print in black. However, we do have a large variety of patterned and colorful labels for you to choose from for that pop of color!
Is there a warranty for my printer?
Yes, all our printers come with a one-year warranty.

We offer free worldwide tracked shipping, so you can order from anywhere and we will deliver to your door.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days.

You will also receive an in-depth app tutorial sent to you via email after placing your order so you can get better equipped with your printer before it arrives.
