Do the printers require ink or toner cartridges?
No, all our printers use direct thermal printing technology, which means they do not require ink or toner cartridges in order to print. All you will ever need to replace is the rolls.
Are the printers rechargeable?
Yes, our printers are rechargeable via USB and provide long-lasting battery life. Once charged, your printer is completely portable and you can take it with you anywhere, printing labels on-the-go.
Can I print using my smartphone or tablet with my printer?
Yes, you can print directly from your smartphone or tablet via the printers built-in Bluetooth connectivity.
How do I import my logo or design?
Make sure your logo is saved to your phone’s photo gallery. Then simply find the image icon when designing your label, press it, find your saved logo and upload it. The app will then immediately import it to your design screen and you can print or customize it.
Can I create custom designs?
Yes, the app let's you customize your labels with different fonts, symbols, borders, and icons, making it easy to add a personal touch to every label. It’s a great way to create unique labels for special occasions, school supplies, or personal projects!
If you have an already made design or logo, simply import it directly onto the app and print!
Can I print in color?
Our printers use thermal technology which makes them completely ink-less! This is super economical because you never have to replace cartridges but it can only print in black. However, we do have a large variety of patterned and colorful labels for you to choose from for that pop of color!
Are the printers compatible with Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android devices?
